The Extraordinary General Assembly of National Industrialization Company (TASNEE) approved 15% cash dividends (SAR 1.5/share) for 2011. It also approved capital raise from SAR 5574mn to SAR 6689mn through 20% bonus shares (one share for each 5 share), in its meeting held on Wednesday April, 04, 2012, as shown in the following table:
