PETRO RABIGH'S COMPLEX RESTARTS ITS OPERATIONS

With reference to the announcement of Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Company (Petro Rabigh) on September 15, 2013 regarding the interruption of power and steam supplies for the Company's Complex, the Company would like to state that during the weekend and the National Day holiday, all basic units of the Complex were started up, including the ethane cracker unit which was started up with limited capacity (60 Million standard cubic feet per day), to be operated at full capacity (95 Million standard cubic feet per day) during the first week of October, 2013, according to the set plan.
Any future developments will be announced as they occur.
