Saudi Airlines Catering’s chairman resigns

Saudi Airlines Catering’s board accepted the resignation of chairman Khalid bin Abdullah Al-Molhem as of August 14, and assigned Saleh bin Nasser Al-Jasser to succeed him till January 26, 2016.

The board’s approval is not final and a subsequent general assembly will have the final say, the company said in a filing to Tadawul.

Al-Jasser was a non-executive board member.
