Mobily stock suspended for failure to disclose results

The Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) suspended Mobily’s stock as of today for failure to report financial results for the period ended on September 30.
 

The company said in a filing to Tadawul that it will disclose its results as soon as possible.


Last Thursday was the regulatory deadline for Saudi listed firms to disclose financial results for the period ended on September 30, and several companies were temporarily suspended for failure to report performance within deadline.
