Al-Ahsa Development mulls selling its weaving factory to Takween Advanced

The ordinary general assembly meeting of Al-Ahsa Development Company is to be held on October 19th to mull selling the weaving factory to Takween Advanced Industries Company; Al-Ahsa’s BOD said.

The board added that Takween Advanced is a related party through the board member Abdul-Mohsen Al-Othman and that the deal will be completed in a competitive environment under the supervision of Saudi Industrial Property Authority (MODON).
