SPIMACOADDWAEIH 's GA approves 52.98 % capital raise and 10% cash dividends

SPIMACOADDWAEIH General Assembly approved 52.98 % capital raise (from SAR 784.38m to SAR 1.2 bn) in a meeting held today.

The Capital raise is to take place by issuing 9 bonus share to each 17 shares owned by registered shareholders.

By this issuance the number of outstanding shares will increase from 78.44 m shares to 120 m.

It also approved 10% cash dividends(SAR1/share).
