Al-Sorayai board appoints new chairman effective October 1

The board of directors of Al Sorayai Trading and Industrial Group appointed Saleh bin Nasser Al-Sorayai as board chairman effective October 1, a filing to Tadawul said.

The new chairman will succeed Abdulaziz bin Nasser Al-Sorayai, whose resignation was approved by the company’s board of directors yesterday.
