Kingdom Holding signs refinance deal for London hotel

Kingdom Holding Company (KHC) announces that Breezeroad Ltd. (Savoy) United Kingdom (an associate company 50% owned by KHC) has signed an agreement on Tuesday, 30th, April 2013 to re-finance its current loans jointly provided by Crdit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (CrditAgricole CIB) and DekaBank Deutsche Girozentrale (DekaBank) a new five-year 200 million loan. The loan was allocated for the purpose to acquire The Savoy Hotel in London.
