Al-Khodari Completes signing two SAR 271.4m contracts with the Ministry of Municipal & Rural Affairs

Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Company completed signing the contracts of the cleaning project of Hafar Al-Batin city and Construction of Storm Water Drainage Network in Riyadh with the Ministry of Municipal & Rural Affairs.

Al-Khodari was awarded the cleaning project of Hafar Al-Batin city in February 2014. The contract is valued at SAR 145.9m and has term of 1825 days. Construction of Storm Water Drainage Network project in Murooj, Massif and Nakhil Districts in Riyadh is valued at SAR 125.5m, has a term of 30 months and was awarded to the company last year; data compiled by Argaam showed.

The financial impact of the two contracts will be reflected in Q2-2014’s financials; as announced by the company on Tadawul today.
