SRECO signs a clearance agreement with Yonk alliance due to work delay

The Saudi Real Estate Company (SRECO) announced today on tadawul signing a final clearance agreement with Yonk alliance for its residential project in the diplomatic quarter due to contractor’s delay in project delivery caused by its insolvency.
