SAUDI IAIC (SALAMA) TERMINATES THE SALES AGREEMENT WITH AL MAYAZEEN

Saudi IAIC Cooperative Insurance Company (SALAMA) announces the termination of the sales agreement with Al Mayazeen Insurance Agency based on the request received from Al Mayazeen on 09/04/2012 to be effective immediately. The Agents sales contribution represents approximately 27% of the companys total sales for the year 2011. The company will continue to expand its own Point of Sales Network and will explore the opportunity of making sales agreement with other licensed Insurance Agents.
