Saudi Hotels develops a new hotel in Riyadh

The Saudi Hotels Company Announced signing a contract with Dorar Shamia Real Estate Company to manage, operate, and develop Makarim Hotel Suites in Riyadh, , according to a statement on Tadawul today.

Makarim Hospitality Group, the operational arm of the Saudi Hotels Company, will undertake the operations of the Riyadh hotel. The Group has gained momentum at hotels operations through operating several hotels with number of rooms totaling at 2000.

Makarim Suites Hotel In Riyadh is located at Alrayan district east of Riyadh and covers an area of 2500 square meters. The trail launch and the financial impact on the company’s earnings is expected on Q4, 2016.
