Saudi Hotels Co. Sells its Land in Dammam

Saudi Hotels & Resorts Co. would like to announce to its shareholders that it has sold the land which located in Dammam Abu Hedriya road in Eastern Province with selling price of SR (68,342,270). The amount is received and the ownership had been transferred this morning Tuesday 29/03/1433H corresponding to 21/02/2012. 
Note that the financial effect of this transaction will be reflected in the companys financial statements in the first quarter of year 2012.
