The General Organization of Saudi Arabian Airlines plans to revamp its services in order to improve its "negative image," said Saleh bin Nasser Al-Jasser, director general.
The company will also develop its existing services, according to a report published by Al-Yaum newspaper.
Al-Jasser pointed out that the media has a role to play when it comes to improving the company's image.
By the end of 2014, the airline will have served about 28 million passengers, he added.
