SPPC sells old land plots at SAR 61.86 mln

Saudi Printing and Packaging Company (SPPC) said on Tuesday that it has sold old land plots owned by its facilitator Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah Printing and Publishing Company for SAR 61.86 million.

The land plots are located at Al-Faisaliah district in Jeddah, where the company’s old factories are built on a space of 11,800 square meters, SPPC 
said in a statement on Tadawul, Saudi Arabia’s bourse.


The company said that the deal will help it gain SAR 29.8 million in capital to be included with other incomes for the fourth quarter of 2014
