SAFCO board recommends 25% capital raise and 30% cash dividend for H2-2014

Saudi Arabia Fertilizers Company’s (SAFCO) board of directors recommended a 25 percent capital raise from SAR 3.33 billion to SAR 4.17 billion through the issuance of bonus shares and a 30 percent cash dividend (SAR 3/share) for H2-2014.
