Saudi Paper ‘unable’ to report 2014 financials

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) said it willplace a trading halt on the shares ofSaudi Paper Manufacturing Co. (SPMC) as of Sunday until the company can disclose its financials for 2014.


Saudi Paper Manufacturing Company (SPMC) announced on Saturday that it is unable reveal its financials​ f​or the fiscal period ending on Dec. 31, 2014 because it has not yet completed the required documents.
