Advanced Petrochemical resumes operations in Jubail after maintenance

Advanced Petrochemical Co. (Advanced) said on Monday that operations at its propylene & polypropylene complex in Jubal were back to normal after scheduled maintenance. 

 

Both plants are projected to operate at full capacity within 18 days. The maintenance may boost operating efficiency in both facilities, Advanced said in a statement on Tadawul.

 

Earlier this month, the petrochemical producer announced a temporary suspension of activities at its Jubail complex. 

 

Advanced expected to see related financial impact during the first quarter of this year based on polypropylene and feedstock prices.
