National Industrialization Company (Tasnee) agreed on Wednesday to issue a 10 percent cash dividend at SAR 1 per share for 2014.
The company’s assembly approved raising its majority stake in its Cristal subsidiary by a further 13 percent which will hike Tasnee’s quota in Cristal from 66 percent to 79 percent.
It also decided to allow the board of directors to distribute semi-annual and quarterly dividends to shareholders.
