Dallah Healthcare Holding Company’s board will likely approve a SAR 97.5 deal to buy 6,300 square meters of land when it holds its annual general meeting on April 29, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The land currently hosts the al-Nakheel neighborhood which is owned by Sheikh Saleh Kamel, one of the company’s shareholders.
The area is adjacent to Dallah Hospital in Riyadh, and will be the future site of a new medical tower. It will serve as an extension of the hospital and have specialized polyclinics, pharmacies, and other facilities.
