Emaar Hospitality, which is wholly owned by Emaar Properties, is mulling the expansion of its Armani Hotel brand to either Paris, New York, or Marrakech, Arabian Business has reported citing a senior company executive.

Giorgio Armani and the UAE-based developer partnered up in April 2010 to establish the Armani Hotel Dubai at Burj Khalifa. The second Armani hotel opened in Milan in 2011.

Emaar is also planning to bring its other hotel brand, The Address, to several international markets.

Occupancy rates in Emaar hotels are currently at 85 percent in Dubai.
