Mobily says Saudization rate hits 76%

The percentage of Saudi nationals working for Etihad Etisalat Co. (Mobily) has reached 76 percent, according to Faiz Awad, executive president of human resources at the company.

 

He said that the kingdom’s private sector offers job security and benefits that are not available in governmental jobs, Al-Riyadh newspaper reported.

 

Despite the tough financial issues Mobily is facing, the company has distributed bonuses for its employees, in addition to implementing many other programs in order to achieve work-family balance, he added.
