SAICO sets rights issue fluctuation limit at SAR 23.90/share

The fluctuation limit for the rights issue of Saudi Arabian Cooperative Insurance Company (SAICO) will be based on a share price of SAR 23.90, the company announced to Tadawul after its extraordinary general meeting.

 

SAICO’s rights will be deposited into the portfolios of relevant investors on Sunday, June 7.
