Saudi Kayan says Turki bin Abdullah Al-Hamdan resigns from board

Saudi Kayan said on Wednesday that Turki bin Abdullah Al-Hamdan has tendered his resignation from his position as non-executive board member on June 2, effective immediately.

 

The board of directors has already accepted the resignation, and will announce a replacement according to company regulations in due time.
