Tihama Advertising to file legal claim against former board members

Tihama Advertising & Public Relations Co. has decided to file a legal claim against a number of its former board members, the company said in a statement, without mentioning a reason behind the case.

 

Shareholders authorized the chairman of the board to take the relevant measures.

 

Board members included Badr bin Fahd Al-Dawoud, Dawoud bin Fahd Al-Dawoud, Ibrahim bin Fahd Al-Dawoud and others.
