Alujain’s Nusair steps down, Linjawi takes over

Alujain Corporation’s board of directors has approved the resignation of Marwan N. Nusair, the company’s president and chief operating officer (COO), effective as of June 18, 2017, it said in a statement to the Saudi bourse (Tadawul).

 

The board named Waheeb A. Linjawi as acting president, as of June 18.

 

Linjawi has a PhD in engineering and is currently working as a chairman of Zain Industries Company Ltd. (Zain).
