Bisha Agriculture postpones EGM on lack of quorum

Bishah Agriculture Development Co. (Bisha Agriculture) had to postpone its first and second extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) on May 2 due to a lack of quorum, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Wednesday.

 

The company will announce a date for the third meeting after obtaining the required regulatory approvals, the statement said.
