Alasmak elects board members for upcoming term

Saudi Fisheries Co.’s (Alasmak) general assembly elected on Wednesday members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term, starting Oct. 25, 2017.

 

Shareholders elected Ahmed Al Muzaini, Thamer Al Muhaid, Abdulaziz Al Uwayd, Haytham Al Gosaibi, Nasser Al Sharif and Mazen Al Alami as board members.

 

The assembly also named Sultan Al Sheikh, Tarek Al Rumaim and Abdullah Al Mehthel as representatives of the Saudi Public Investment Fund (PIF).
