Saudi Arabia’s Capital Market Authority (CMA) will lift its trading suspension on Alujain Corp. as of Nov. 13, after the release of the company’s financial results for the first nine months of 2017, the market regulator said in a statement.
The CMA had suspended Alujain from trading in August, pending release of its financial statements for the period ending June 30, 2017.
While the company released its H1 financials in September, the regulator maintained its suspension as the auditor’s report had a disclaimer of opinion.
