Kingdom Holding names Al Souhem as vice chairman

Kingdom Holding Co. on Wednesday appointed Khalid Al Souhem as vice chairman of the board of directors, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The decision is effective from Dec. 20, 2017 until the end of the current term on June 5, 2018.

 

In a separate statement, Kingdom Holding said it had approved the resignation of board member Rasha Al Hoshan for personal reasons, effective from Dec. 20.
