Dallah shareholders to vote on board rules, remuneration policy December 30

Dallah Healthcare Co.’s shareholders will vote on updated rules for the nominations and remunerations committee and the audit committee during the upcoming general assembly on Dec. 30.

 

The assembly will also vote on policies and procedures for board membership, as well as the remuneration policy for board members and top executives, the healthcare provider said in a bourse statement.
