Saudi Kayan approves updating remunerations, nominations policies

Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company’s (Saudi Kayan) general assembly on Sunday has approved updating the work regulations of the remunerations and nominations committee, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Shareholders also approved the policies of the board membership and the company’s social responsibility, the statement added.
