Dallah shareholders approve board rules, remuneration policy

Dallah Healthcare Company’s general assembly on Saturday approved updated rules for the nominations and remunerations committee and the audit committee.

 

Shareholders also approved policies and procedures for board membership, as well as the remuneration policy for board members and top executives, the healthcare provider said in a bourse statement.
