Fawaz Alhokair appoints board member

Fawaz Abduaziz Alhokair Co.’s board of directors has appointed Fahd Alhokair as non-executive board member, starting from Jan. 1, 2018 until the end of the current term on June 30, 2020.

 

The board has also accepted the resignation of board member Faisal Al Sugair, effective from Dec. 27, 2017, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
