Saudi Kayan names Omar Al Ruhaili as chief executive

Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Co. (Saudi Kayan) board of directors has appointed Omar Al Ruhaili as chief executive officer effective February 1, 2018, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The move came after Saudi Kayan’s current CEO, Nasser Abanamy, was asked to head another SABIC affiliate.

 

Al Ruhaili has over 20 years of experience during which he has held several key positions at SABIC. He is currently Kayan’s chemical segment CEO, the statement added.
