Extra opens nominations for board membership

United Electronics Co. (Extra) will open nominations for membership on the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting April 27, 2018, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Eligible shareholders can submit a request for nomination from January 4 to February 5, 2018.
