AXA opens nominations for board membership

AXA Cooperative Insurance Co.  will open nominations for membership on the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting May 25, 2018, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Interested and eligible shareholders can submit a request for nomination from Jan. 4-18, the statement said.
