SASCO opens nominations for board membership

Saudi Automotive Services Co. (SASCO) will open nominations for membership on the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting June 30, 2018.

 

Interested and eligible shareholders can submit a request for nomination from Jan. 18 until Feb. 18, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
