National Gypsum shareholders approve board remuneration policy

National Gypsum Co.’s general assembly on Wednesday approved the updated charters for the audit committee and the nomination and remuneration committee, the company said in a bourse statement. 

 

Shareholders also approved updated policies for board membership as well as the remuneration policy for board members and executives.
