Foreign investors hiked stakes in 43 listed firms last Sunday

Qualified foreign investors (QFIs) increased their stakes in 43 Tadawul-listed firms last Sunday, while 67 companies saw foreign investors cutting stakes, market data compiled by Argaam showed.

 

Wataniya Insurance Co., United International Transportation Co. Ltd. (Budget Saudi),and United Electronics Co. (eXtra) were the top companies seeing further purchases by foreign investors. 

 

Foreign investors raised their shareholdings in Wataniya by 1.25 percent, and in Budget Saudi and eXtra by 0.10 and 0.09 percent respectively.

 Meanwhile, Malath Cooperative Insurance Co. and Gulf General Cooperative Insurance Co. saw the highest stock sales by foreign investors, with QFIs offloading 0.25 percent and 0.16 percent of their holdings respectively.
