Banque Saudi Fransi names new managing director

Banque Saudi Fransi has appointed Rayan Fayez as managing director starting Feb. 18, the bank said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Ammar A. Al Khudairy's assignment as interim managing director will be terminated on Feb. 15.

 

He will, however, remain a member of the board of directors and will be reassigned as a chairman of the audit committee, the statement added.
