Jabal Omar opens nominations for board membership

Jabal Omar Development Co. (JODC) said it has opened the nominations for board membership for the upcoming three-year term.

 

Interested and eligible shareholders can apply for nomination between March 1 and April 1, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The new board term will start on June 30, 2018 and continue to June 29, 2021.
