Basic Chemical Industries appoints new board member

Basic Chemical Industries Co.’s (BCI) board of directors on Monday appointed Abdulaziz Talal Ali Al Tamimi as an independent board member, the firm said in a statement on Tadawul.

 

Al Tamimi’s appointment, which is still pending the general assembly’s approval, is effective as of today until the end of the term on June 14, 2019.
