Ash-Sharqiyah Development Co. on Sunday said Adel Ahmed Alghamdi has resigned from the post of company vice chairman, chairman of the audit committee, and member of the executive committee, citing personal reasons.
Separately, Abdullah Oudah AlEnizi has been appointed as an independent board member from Sunday, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
AlEnizi’s appointment will be presented for approval at the upcoming general assembly meeting, it added.
