Aldrees Petroleum & Transport Services Co’s shareholders have approved the board of directors’ recommendation to issue a 10 percent cash dividend (SAR 1 per share) for FY2017, amounting to SAR 50 million.
The dividend will be paid on March 19, 2018, Aldrees said in a bourse statement on Tuesday.
During the company’s general assembly meeting on March 5, shareholders approved board bonuses at SAR 1.4 million for FY17.
They also approved the board of directors’ report, audit report, and all financial statements for 2017.
In addition, the assembly discharged board members from liability associated with their activities in 2017, and selected an external auditor for 2018.
