Saudi Enaya shareholders elect board members

Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co. shareholders elected board members for the upcoming three-year term during the company’s general assembly meeting on Thursday.

 

The new board includes Johann Bitzer, Mazen Fakeeh, Dana Juffali, Cornelius Ankel, Faisal Tamr, and Bilal Ghazzawi, the insurer said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders also approved board activities from Jan. 23, 2018 until the date of the meeting, the statement said.
