Saudi Paper shareholders to approve board remuneration policy March 26

Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. shareholders will vote on updated charters for the audit, nominations and remunerations committees, the company said in a bourse statement. 

 

They will also approve the updated policies for the board membership as well as the remuneration policy for board members and executives, during the ordinary general assembly meeting slated for March 26, 2018.

 

Meanwhile, shareholders will vote on updated corporate governance.
