Chemanol shareholders reject board remuneration policy

Methanol Chemicals Co. (Chemanol) shareholders have not approved the remuneration policy for board members and executives, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders, however, approved the updated charter for the nominations and remunerations committee and updated policies for board membership, during the general assembly meeting on March 25.
