Almarai repays SAR 513 mln sukuk

Almarai Co. has announced a full repayment of its second sukuk series for an amount of SAR 513 million, the company said in a bourse filing. ‍​

 

The sukuk was issued on March 31, 2013. The repayment was financed mostly by operating cash flow and existing credit facilities‍​.

 

The funds will be deposited into the accounts of sukuk holders on March 29, 2018.
