Saudi Paper postpones EGM on lack of quorum

Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. had to postpone its extraordinary general assembly meeting on Monday due to a lack of quorum, it said in a statement to Tadawul. 

 

The company will announce a new date for the meeting after obtaining the required regulatory approvals.
